Доход государства в форме обязательного сбора, взимаемого в определенных пропорциях как с покупателя, так и продавца иностранной валюты. Государственные кредитно-финансовые органы, используя свое право на регулирование внешнеэкономической деятельности страны, изымают часть прибыли, получаемой в результате разницы между закупочной и продажной ценой иностранной валюты.
